Triathlon has 3 kinds of events there is swimming biking and running it starts with swimming biking then running they swim 1500-meters and they bike for 40-km and they run for 10-km
I like about triathlon is about the swimming because they swim really fast the event I hate is the biking because you can get very tired and fall off your bike but running is tiring but you still get fit
they eat healthy food they drink plenty of water to have get the waste away they are really fit they probably got 15 medals but I go for NZ
